The Cashmere used by William Lockie is combed from the fine undercoat of Chinese and Mongolian goats and spun into yarn by British spinners Z. Hinchcliffe in Yorkshire and Todd & Duncan in Kinross. It is then knitted at a tight tension on traditional frames.
