At E.J. Churchill's High Wycombe Shooting Ground we host a varied calendar of clay shooting competitions throughout the year, welcoming everyone from keen newcomers to experienced competitors.
From relaxed club shoots to more challenging registered events, each competition is professionally run, friendly in atmosphere and designed to test skill, build confidence and keep the sporting spirit alive.

CPSA Registered Sporting
Registered shoots are held on the first and third Thursday of every month.
Squadded starts run every ten minutes from 9.00 am, with the final squad leaving at 5.00 pm during summer hours.
Competition entry: £49.00 – Birds only: £44.00
A maximum of six shooters are allocated per squad and advance booking is required.
Prize money is awarded to High Gun at £150, along with class prizes for AA, A, B and C, with amounts based on entries in each class.
Suitable for experienced shots – Shotgun certificate required

CPSA Compak Sporting
Introducing the COMPAK Winter Series at E.J. Churchill.
We will be running 5 100-target competitions over the winter months. They will be based over 4 layouts and using the Progetti COMPAK System.
Prize money will be awarded for High Gun, 1st, 2nd & 3rd in A, B, C and D classes in each competition.
Prize money is awarded to High Gun at £150, along with class prizes for AA, A, B and C, with amounts based on entries in each class.
